So far I am very pleased with MobileHelp. Everything that I was told on the phone when I ways considering them came true. We have had a couple of incidents where they were contacted. The necklace thought my mother had fallen, but she hadn't. But the important thing is the process was good and they made the appreciate contacts in a very reasonable amount of time. So far I have no complaints.
