I ordered the MobileHelp Duo about a month ago. I am very happy with it and with customer service. I did have a problem with the fall detector in that it kept signalling a fall when i was just sitting at the kitchen table just reading something and also when I was sitting at my computer. When I contacted customer service the sent me a new one which was slightly different design than my first one. The first one had just a single loop in the top center of the device which the lanyard attached to it, the new one had a smaller lanyard which was attached to the top 2 sides of the device which prevents it from swinging as much as the first one. I like the new one much better and non more false alerts. I am very happy with the whole system now and with the great customer service.
