My 92 year old Mom, who lives independently, feels comfortable wearing the waterproof pendant because it is very light around her neck, so she never takes it off. Other device we tried was too heavy and bulky so she would often not wear it which defeats the purpose. I also like that MobileHelp has an adequate background of medical information on file regarding her health issues, medications and allergies. An extra bonus was the lock box included for a house key so that first responders will be well prepared if ever called.
