It has been a relief to our family that our mother finally said yes to wearing a necklace and or the "watch". As her children, it is amazing for our piece of mind. Not wanting to prod or take her dignity of aging away it took some encouraging. I was with her when we spoke with your consultant and I was very pleased at how patient and understanding he was. Even when she asked a question she thought was inept, he made her feel like every question she had was as important as life and death. I researched a few different companys and your company has exactly what we needed. Delivery was quick and set up was very easy.
