Thus far, the operation of my (second) MobileHelp Smart Watch has been very satisfactory and comforting. The first watch had an issue in that it did not report GPS location, It was replaced immediately after a few simple tests to assure the issue. At the request of Tech Support upon setting up the replacement watch, I was asked to to send a Help alert. When the Alert Monitor representative responded, I explained the situation. He immediately told me that I was located at my home address. I now have the confidence that I can travel anywhere I wish throughout the country, knowing I can receive help within a matter of minutes regardless of my location.
