Thankfully, my husband has not had to use MobileHelp for emergency service yet, but the staff at MobileHelp is very friendly and very professional from the ordering to the set up to the billing. They answered all of our questions and helped us make sure that all pieces of equipment were working perfectly. I'm very pleased with this company and have no doubt that they will come through 100% if and when we do need them in an emergency.
