I had another monitor and had nothing but problems. The necklace was too long and I set it off 3 times the first week I had. So they sent me a case to Velcro it to my bra strap and it was hard to put on and take off.
With Mobile Help I like that I have a choice between necklace and wrist monitor plus the monitor I take with me with the GPS in it.
