The service is great. The operators are good at what they do. Only one problem, if you can really call it a problem. The key box that goes on the entry doorknob is not workable with my door. I don't have standard doorknobs.my apartment building has lever type handles. I am currently looking into alternative methods of mounting it on, or next to the door. I'm thinking if I can find a nice chromed padlock has I can mount the part with the loop vertically to affix the box next to the door.
