I have recently purchased a plan on MobileHelp. I received my product as promised. I called technical support to update my preferences. It was about a 30 - 45 minutes call. The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable, and personable. He asked questions I had not even thought of. Everything is all set up now and hope I never have to use this service but I feel better having it as I live alone in the country and am over 65 so I feel like I have a safety net now. Thank you MobileHelp.
