We bought this for my mom and she loves it! She had a different system but it did not cover her when she went out of the house. My mom is 91yrs old and still drives around our local area, she feels more confident and safe having the bracelet and GPS on her when she goes out. Whenever I call the MobileHelp they are always very helpful, knowledgable and professional. I did my research before deciding on this system, rated one of the top 10 systems. My mom has 7 children and we all feel she is in safe hands using this system. thank you
