The MobileHelp devices we purchased for my 88 year old mother are wonderful. It has taken her some time to get used to wearing the necklace during the day and the watch at night, but she is doing well. We know it all works because when she swung her necklace around accidentally, they called as it detected a possible fall. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she has these devices. The sales girl on that answered my email and called me was just fabulous (I cannot remember her name). She explained it all very well and absolutely convinced me it was perfect for my mom. Thank you!!
