I contacted MobileHelp on behalf of my 88 year old mother who although is in good health for her age lives alone and is 2 1/2 hours from me. The entire MobileHelp process was easy and the duo option was perfect for her situation as she is still very active outside of her home. Set up was simple and I was very impressed how their Emergency Response Team interacted with her when we tested the system on day 1. I would highly recommend MobileHelp to those who are looking for a medical alert system.
