I got the MobileHelp system for my mom who lives alone. She is in great shape and her health is good, but I did not want to wait until there was an issue and then get her a help system. Within the first couple of days she set off her buttons countless of times by accident, because she had to get used to having on the necklace and the bracelet. The customer support team was very kind and understanding. They explained that this was normal and not to worry about it, and the response time was very quick. They even gave her some tips on how to wear the necklace to help with fewer false alarms. She is very happy with the MobileHelp System.
