The help we received from MobileHelp to get the system set up was amazing. They were very patient and walked us through all of the aspects of how to run the system, and answered all of our questions. They were extremely helpful.
Also, later, when the alarm accidentally went off, the MobileHelp responder was very considerate and patient. Thank you so much
