I decided to use MobileHelp for my mom after our previous carrier had a "recall" of the equipment we had been using. I initially purchased the package that included the fall detector, but after 2 false alarms, when my mother was sleeping and/or sitting in a chair watching TV, I called and they were more than accommodating when I requested a new device that did not have the fall detection figure. Not only did they send one immediately, they refunded the difference in price very quickly. Everyone with whom I spoke could not have been nicer, more understanding, and helpful.
