I received my mobil help system in mid December. I was skeptical as to how quickly help would be here, since I live in the country. I found out how quickly help was dispatched to my home. I mistakenly hit my mobil pendant, my daughter called and asked if I was ok because she had received a call. from Mobil help saying I had fallen. I immediately called mobil help to say it was a false alarm. In minutes of my daughter's call the EMT's showed up at my door, then the sheriff's department showed up. I found out that the system worked great!! I was embarrassed by my mistake but found out first hand how well the system worked.
