I purchased a MobileHelp device for my mom. For the most part service was excellent. But I was confused by all of the different buttons and unfortunately, requested a fall button that I don’t need. I did not activate it and returned it. When I called the service line to ask what address to return it to, I was told I might not get a full refund, even though it was never used or activated. I was told they acalled me but I am not aware of any calls. I hope I get a full refund. Other than that I am very happy so far.
