We bought the MobileHelp necklace for a friend. She hasn't even had it a month and this morning she fell outside. Within 15 to 20 minutes at the most, she had help. We were her emergency contact considering her family lives out of town. We were contacted in a very timely manner and were able to help the rest of the way. Thankfully she was okay from the fall. We would definitely recommend MobileHelp to anyone who has need for a medical alert button.
