When first installing the system we had a couple of false alarms since a great grandchild thought it was fun to play with the new “toy”! Those were handled with professionalism and good humor by the operators. Not many days after there was a fall for which the alert alarm was really needed. That too was handled professionally and very promptly. Thanks!
