#1 it is so easy to use! I found that out 3 days after i got it and was getting ready to leave home for a while and had to clean off the snow and ice from the car windows. Got round to passenger window, scrapped it off, stepped off the snow onto the ice and my feet went everywhere then down on my bottom HARD. I could hear the responder talking in my purse inside the car and was trying to get up, stay on my feet, get around the car and inside to answer. By that time they were telling me they were calling response team who was instantly ringing and I was able to tell her, yes I had fallen but was up in the car and was OK. I did not need any help. But - I was alone, everyone was gone to work and no one could see me where I was on the ground so if I had been hurt, I could have been there a long time without help. It was 18* outside that morning. So - I am so thankful I listened to my very caring young neighbor who helps me out and does check on me once in a while if he hasn't heard from me in a while. Now I think he will ck more often as he is the first you would call because he is so close. Am I glad I got it - ABSOLUTELY and it puts' both my daughters who live out of state at ease as well.
