I ordered this for my mom. They did a great job of explaining the product, what's included, options, fees, cancellation policy, set up, etc. Very easy to set up and test. Competitively priced. returned it 2 weeks later when my mom went to assisted living. They provided directions to return it and credited us. Very positive experience!
