I would wholeheartedly recommend Mobile Help to anyone. Yes I was skeptical but only 2 days after receiving my device I accidently knocked the pendant off the nightstand. Instantly they were talking on the base unit to see if I had fallen. I feel quite protected with Mobile Help, even though I am aged and alone. A month later I lost my balance and put out my arm to keep from falling into the door jam. I didn't realize that I had hit the bracelet on the door jam but Instantly they were checking on me.
