When I was looking on line at various Medical Alert Systems, I was not, in all honesty, knowledgeable of any of the companies out there. My sister-in-law in Seattle who is 85 years young, very active, but who recently had a fall, recommended your company. That was good enough for me, and saved me from doing all the research myself. I was just as impressed with my representative. He was able to answer any and all of my questions, and suggested the best plan to meet my safety needs. He was NOT pushy about trying to insist I take a yearly plan, understanding financially my senior husband and I are on a limited income. He gave me the option of a 3 month plan that I can renew every three months that meets my budget needs, for which I was so grateful. I love everything about my plan, and would recommend the company to any and all of my friends and acquaintances. As a retired nurse myself, I understand the importance of people needing to not only FEEL safe, but to BE safe when they are alone!
