I did my homework before purchasing the MobileHelp medical alert system. I think it’s top notch. The customer service reps were very helpful to me while I was checking into it, and I talked to several. We haven’t had a crisis yet, but did have a false alarm once. They were Johnny on the Spot. It’s easy to set up, priced fairly, and I believe it will do everything it’s supposed to do.
