Phone staff were excellent-accessible, with quick responses and very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. Installation was easy. I give a good rating instead of excellent because fortunately we haven’t had to use the service yet-my 91 year old mom who recently had a hip replacement hasn’t had an emergency since we purchased our MobileHelp device.
