I have about as good a credit rating as you can get. Tried to get a new phone through them. Passed the network carrier check and then for some reason known only to them that they refuse to tell, cancelled the orders I had placed for both mine and my partners phones.
Customer service can't help and simply said that I won't ever be able to order a phone through them so no point trying again!
