Terrible company and complete scam artists. Bought a phone with £240 cash back. Set up the cash back in the first month expecting this to continue. But it doesn’t only if you submit a claim every 6 months. Of course they don’t warn or try and help you with this came at the end of the contract to be told sorry nothing we can do . Save your self the trouble use anyone else
