If I could give zero stars. I would.
Cancelled my order, in spite of my giving them the information they requested. No help from customer services: They just said I would have to reorder, and put me through to sales. 35 minutes later, I'm still waiting. Have missed out on a promo deal from Samsung, as have now missed the deadline.
Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs.
