Awful experience. Ordering the phone and contract was fine, but I chose to cancel within the cooling-off period as the service in my area was poor (despite Three's coverage maps indicating that it'd be strong).
I sent the device back in December. It's now April and I'm still awaiting a refund of the £797 "early cancellation charge" that was taken by mistake. I've also been charged a further £242 last week for no apparent reason.
MPD's customer service is good at replying quickly, but to date has had absolutely no effect whatsoever.
I'll be commencing legal action in a week instead.
