Avoid this company. Placed an order for a new monthly contract phone and it was cancelled as it failed security check on their side. Decided to place a second order in case it was something I had entered wrong and the same thing happened. Both orders were sent off to o2 though who done a credit check on me and approved both orders. So I have no phone yet my credit score has been impacted for no reason.
No details given as to why the orders were cancelled. Credit score is high with no previous problems of buying anything on credit.
