Do not purchase anything from this company. It states in the website that you will be paying £13.50 a month each month. This is very misleading as you actually have to pay £30 every month, then claim the money back at 6,9,12,15,18 months. So you aren't paying £13.50 a month.
If you have a query you are unable to get through just on hold all the time, and even the online chat wasn't working or in a queueing system and doesn't move you closer to talking to anyone.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
