Overall, the service was good and the staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. However, I couldn't get the contract that I wanted because Vodafone couldn't do a credit check on my address (it's rural but not wilderness!). In spite of receiving reassurance on a number of occasions that I would receive a text message on the appointed day with a time slot for delivery, I neither received a text nor received the phone on the correct day. It turned up a day later with no warning. I emailed mobiles.co.uk to ask what was happening and they did not reply to my email. Whilst the sales part of my experience was fine, the actual execution was poor.
