Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!

A very good experience with ID, must comment on the knowledgeable gentleman who listened to what i needed and actioned my request (what a breath of fresh air) who signed me up he's a credit to your company unlike my past experience BT and EE ( I have been with for many years)

I haven’t received a SIM card. Vodafone have transferred the number. I now have no service. But I’m paying for both providers the old and the new.

Overall very good service for order #143692921, but in the Defence Bundle Pack you have sent us a phone case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, instead of the iPhone 17 Pro. So it's too big: can you please provide a refund, because we'll have to buy another one immediately - we're going on ski trip and to not have a phone case will be disastrous! I'd expect to receive £25, please. Thank you.

Very very poor, it’s been 6 days I have not received my sim yet , on chat it’s hard to tell type and keep asking same same details we are not robot. I was asking to upgrade my son s sim they sell new sim and disconnected the chart , I have 4 sims I will leave ID mobile now , no customer services in any case you have to chat .if someone can not type so what’s then . No customer services at all . Still waiting to get my sim no update
