“Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!”

“Customer service? More like South African call centre hell. The representatives manners are vile. Demanding that I give them my correct address and denying further assistance. I would know my own address!! Despite multiple attempts and a promise they'd call me back , I got no further forward. This is another perfect example of a corporation that talks the talk but backs itself up with nothing. Avoid them. Use the main networks instead”
