“Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!”

“I've been using mobiles.co.uk to find the best value SIM only contracts for many years now. The cashback deals are excellent and I have never had any issues with redemption. You periodically submit your bill as a pdf and later receive a cheque in the post. Make entries in your calendar to remind you when bill submissions are due.”
