“Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!”

“It was good in the end, had a little problem with connection but after being given the QR code all is well now. I do think something to consider is there is only chat for customer service. This is very slow, and would be so much better if you could just talk to someone. But sorted and please so far 😁”

“I haven't actually bought a phone I was a victim of a scam I had my identity stolen but I was quick enough to stop the delivery so I didn't receive it DPD have it and are in the process of returning it.”

“Needed a new handset and found it was actually a bit cheaper to go in on a service contract at the same time which I haven't done for years. All the information provided was clear and had some good deals. Lots of detail about cashback process so easy to choose not for me(!) and felt plan details were really easy to understand. Had to use other sites to get more comparative details about handsets (size, weight etc) as I'm quite particular but in the end knew what I was getting. Delivery was delayed 24 hours which would have annoyed me no end if replacing a lost or dead device but I wasn't so no added stress. Apart from delay, delivery was very smooth. Good customer support, onboarding messages and emails all really clear and easy to find out what I needed even though I only switch phones every 4 years or more so start from novice every time. Well curated and pitched docs meant no need to find a human to translate and felt confident getting sorted but so far not bombarded, this may be the element that most impressed.”

“I got a good deal for my new phone, however they forgot to send me my dpd tracking number so I had no idea when they were coming and my phone was sent back as they're not allowed to leave it in a safe place or with neighbours etc. However, once I got that sorted and my phone was sent again, it came very quickly. Make sure they send you the tracking number if your'e getting it delivered by dpd, and if they haven't sent it within the first day or two, contact them on their website to get it sent.”

“Upgraded my contract. Spoke to gunjan and she was excellent. Listened me carefully and offered me the deal I wanted for upgrades. And mobiles.co.uk is excellent as well as been with them for long and never had to call or contact them as nothing never went wrong”
