Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!

I purchased the phone on Saturday evening and was holding it in my hand on Sunday afternoon. Truly magnificent service. I also could not find a better deal for the device I got elsewhere. Definitely recommend!

Bought via a Money Saving Expert link. Initially there was a problem with the order. Made a call to customer service who then transferred me to the Sales team. They cleared the issue Communication has been outstanding. Six emails and a text message so far.
