“Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!”

“I first used the site two years ago for my first contract phone (having always used PAYG SIMs with purchased-outright handsets previously). Purchase, delivery and setup was straightforward and I've never needed to contact them for support with anything. A series of follow-up emails help with setting up if new to this kind of thing, which may be helpful for some. Overall the experience has been positive. I've just taken out a new contract for a phone for my partner and all seems to be working well with that one so far too.”
