“Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!”

“It's easy to purchase a phone and contract with Mobiles.co.uk. Customer Services are fantastic and polite. My phone that I was sent didn't work from out of the box and after putting it on charge for 1hr 20min it still had no life, so I sent it back for a refund! Still a Company that I've already referred to a friend n he's very happy with his phone n contract, so well done Mobiles.co.uk!!”
