“great phone and quality must buy”

“I got a good deal for my new phone, however they forgot to send me my dpd tracking number so I had no idea when they were coming and my phone was sent back as they're not allowed to leave it in a safe place or with neighbours etc. However, once I got that sorted and my phone was sent again, it came very quickly. Make sure they send you the tracking number if your'e getting it delivered by dpd, and if they haven't sent it within the first day or two, contact them on their website to get it sent.”

“Upgraded my contract. Spoke to gunjan and she was excellent. Listened me carefully and offered me the deal I wanted for upgrades. And mobiles.co.uk is excellent as well as been with them for long and never had to call or contact them as nothing never went wrong”

All our SIM cards are sent as ESIM cards which means a QR code from the network provider is sent to your email address; unless you specifically requested a physical SIM.
