Easy enough to get new contract sorted. Haven't had a chance to use the service properly yet as my connection/swap over date is in a few days. I have spoken to customer service regarding a query and they were very helpful

Asked for a pac change date 5 days ahead of switch, did not happen was switched the next day,Royal mail delivery of sim advised for sat am this did not happen, keep getting emails to access your account but can't because I've not got the sim yet ???.

The quickest way to gain access to your mobile number, if the SIM hasn’t since been delivered, is to obtain a replacement from your network. We apologise again for any disappointment caused. Ordered two SIMs and both never turned up. Gift never turned up either. Order tracking is non existent. Customer support is not helpful at all

I took out a new sim only contract with Vodafone with mobiles.co.uk. Switching from my previous provider Tesco using a pac code. Great contract at a great price very easy to switch. Old provider did cut me off me before the agreed switch over date, and before I received my new SIM card, meaning I was without a mobile number for a day. So only improvement I would suggest is send the new SIM card 1st class next day rather than second class. Very happy with service and my new contract

Ordered sim only deals through Mobiles.co.uk for years now and largely been great. They always have good, if not the best, deals. The only issue I've had is with the switching date. Even though I specified this during the order, sometimes that gets ignored and it happens the same / next day.

An absolutely terrible experience. I had purchased a SIM only monthly contract. On their website application, I chose a date for my existing telephone number to be ported over to iDMobile... a few days away from placing my order. This was to allow time for the SIM card to arrive by post. However, what actually happened is that I found out that I had no phone signal a couple of days after placing my order. I contacted customer service via their website chat and explained that my SIM card had not arrived yet and could they verify if my number had been ported over. I was told it had indeed been ported over the very next day after my order was placed. I sent them a screen shot of my requested port over date. They could not explain what had happened. I asked for a one month refund as I now had now atcive phone line, but alas... they declined and stated that I had used their service. How could I have done with no SIM card in my possession. A few days later my physical SIM card did arrive. Everything is fine now, but there is just no way I can recommend them.

Used this site for the first time and never again. Ordered Vodafone eSim. Told it would process within a few hours. Heard nothing after a few hours. Went on to chat and was told it can take 24 hours for email to arrive. Vodafone wouldn’t do anything as I didn’t have account. Couldn’t register as the number did not exist on their site. The order number for Vodafone wasn’t in a format they recognised either. Nothing after 24 hours so tried chat again. Told there was issue with activation I would need to go to a store. By this time I was beyond fed up and just told them to cancel it.

Affordable, genuine, easy to switch When I saw the prices I could not believe it was real. Then I saw Martin Lewis advertising it on his newsletter so I knew it would be genuine. Sat here writing this on my new phone contract which was hundreds of pounds cheaper than what my retailer was offering me. And I got new headphones included too! From now on I will only use this website.
