“It was good in the end, had a little problem with connection but after being given the QR code all is well now. I do think something to consider is there is only chat for customer service. This is very slow, and would be so much better if you could just talk to someone. But sorted and please so far 😁”

“I’ve been a customer with Mobiles.co.uk for at least 5 years plus, and my experience has consistently been very positive. They regularly offer great deals that are hard to beat, and the whole ordering process has always been smooth and easy to follow, including the upgrde sim options. The user interface on the website is clear and straightforward, which makes upgrading or choosing a new contract quick and hassle-free. I’ve also had no problems at all with cashback claims over the years – the process has been simple and reliable every time, which is something I really value. Overall, it’s been a seamless experience from start to finish on each purchase. I’d highly recommend Mobiles.co.uk to anyone looking for good value deals and a stress-free buying process.”
