The ordering of the phone was OK but the delivery from DPD was apauling, I chose a delivery date and time to work around my busy work schedule, this was missed by DPD and as I had booked my existing number to be transfered and needed the new phone, I had to pay an addtional £9.99 to DPD to have the phone delivered the next day before 12. They litterally had me over a barrel as I needed the phone!!

Big problem! My payment card is at my office address. The office is NOT MANNED until the "Night Shift", btween 8 pm and 6am. Hence the courier was unable to deliver my phone. He didn't bother phoning to find out why nobody was there and DPD's website tracking does not allow an alternative deilvery address. Am I withing the "Cooling Off" periods to CANCEL my order?

I used money saving expires " mobile finder" tool and a link took me to mobiles.com straight into checkout for the model I had selected. Unfortunately a different model was sent to me which I returned without opening the box and I'm still waiting for a refund.

Customer service is non existent. Very much a computer says no situation. Never know such poor effort to try and solve an issue.

I want to reopen my faulty pixel 8 pro. the screen is freezing, I've data connection issues even in car, no problem even I put some in my old S10 garbage. want to repair it lol. nightmare of a company. avoid..

Took my money then cancelled my order, I had to chase this up twice, on hold for ages, 3rd time finally someone sorted it, good deal compared with Vodafone directly

No problems with Mobiles.co.uk but with dpd delivery they use.. Absolutely ridiculous..

Not the best. Didnt get .y headphones as a free gift as advertised and promised by an agent i spoke to on the phone. Had to chnage plans because now i got wait 10 days for my headphones that should have come with the phone!

Pre-purchase service lovely, post purchase, a different kettle of fish! I received the phone Wednesday, unpackaged it Thursday but was unable to use it because I had to wait for the Pac code transfer which happened on the Friday, at that point I noticed a crack to the left corner of the screen (it is not an easy crack to seen), as I worked late the Friday evening, I decided to contact CS Saturday morning. I was then told because I am just contacting them "there is nothing we can do". No solution offered, I am a very new customer and I also took out insurance. Please be mindful with your purchases.
