“It seems that the best deals are never from the mobile provider you're with! I'm very pleased with the service I got ordering my new mobile phone. I dropped off a star because it's sometimes difficult to find what you're looking for amongst all the offers and there are so many different options out bonus codes etc.”

“I took out a new sim only contract with Vodafone with mobiles.co.uk. Switching from my previous provider Tesco using a pac code. Great contract at a great price very easy to switch. Old provider did cut me off me before the agreed switch over date, and before I received my new SIM card, meaning I was without a mobile number for a day. So only improvement I would suggest is send the new SIM card 1st class next day rather than second class. Very happy with service and my new contract”

“Good buying experience, but I returned the phone as it wasn't what I wanted. I instigated a return, but was disappointed that I had no email confirmation that I was doing a return. I received an email with the address to return the phone. I would have expected an email confirmation that I was returning the phone and cancelling the contract.”

“fast and easy to use site...... BUT...... dpd is rubbish and liers who deliver for you.... they tried to say they tried to deliver to me yesterday and sent me a blank black picture but thing is there is a street light right outside my gate oh and i have lots of solar lights in the garden which locals say it is like blackpool illuminations in my garden oh and i have a cctv that alerts my phone to and i was next to my plug in doorbell for the whole delivery time slot oh and i also have a sensor light that lights up the whole front even the road it lights up when people go past my bungalow....”
