“Deals are always very good. However the cashback process is painful. Why are they still using cheques? I’m sure I’ve forgotten to claim or cheques haven’t arrived without me realising. Otherwise I’m happy with the service and the process of upgrading my contract.”

“I generally always use Mobiles.co.uk for my SIM upgrades, but I don't know if there was an issue with their website yesterday but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to succesfully place my order. This won't stop me coming back again in the future though.”

“Process of purchasing receipt and set up of new device quick and easy just one problem now lest without network as I’m cut off from my old provider o2 and not sure when I will connect to new provider Vodafone. Very anxious as need my phone for elderly parent caring responsibilities. I expected the switch to be asap when I took the contract over a month ago. Fri evening no network and very worried”

“Mobiles.co.uk was seamless and easy to use. However ID mobile did provide WiFi calling as promised. I will be changing networks as soon as possible It has made it difficult to use at home because of the lack of signal from id mobile.”
