“Initially I was pleased with my new phone, transfer of data from my old phone was easy. But my old number was missing and it was frustrating for a person of my limited knowledge to grasp all the jargon that was coming up on my phone, sorted out after 5 days by a very good service operator.”

“Mobiles.co.uk offer a good service. The data from ID Mobile was very good and the price competitive. My number was ported over seamlessly as well with no issues. One star taken off though because the offer was with cashback and it's a pain to have to submit 5 statements at different intervals to get this cashbacks as it's a shame it wasn't made easier, but it's deliberately done this way to profit from those people who will forget.”

“Deals are always very good. However the cashback process is painful. Why are they still using cheques? I’m sure I’ve forgotten to claim or cheques haven’t arrived without me realising. Otherwise I’m happy with the service and the process of upgrading my contract.”
