Im trying to find out how to cancel my direct debit. I ordered a sim card and it still hasn't arrived. If someone could contact me and tell me how to cancel, that would be great.

Hi Raj Thanks for leaving us a review. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your SIM card; I can understand how disappointing this must be for you. All our SIM cards are sent as ESIM cards which means a QR code from the network provider is sent to your email address; unless you specifically requested a physical SIM. A very good experience with ID, must comment on the knowledgeable gentleman who listened to what i needed and actioned my request (what a breath of fresh air) who signed me up he's a credit to your company unlike my past experience BT and EE ( I have been with for many years)

I haven’t received a SIM card. Vodafone have transferred the number. I now have no service. But I’m paying for both providers the old and the new.

Overall very good service for order #143692921, but in the Defence Bundle Pack you have sent us a phone case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, instead of the iPhone 17 Pro. So it's too big: can you please provide a refund, because we'll have to buy another one immediately - we're going on ski trip and to not have a phone case will be disastrous! I'd expect to receive £25, please. Thank you.
