Very smooth ordering experience, fantastic prices compared to buying direct. Received a very formative document explaining that direct debit is paid in advance of the months usage but not due until around the time the SIM is expected to arrive. I've yet to claim cashback via redemption but have read that it is easy to do.

Mobiles.co.uk website was easy to navigate, full of pertinent information and advice. The purchasing process was also simple and straightforward, with little or no extraneous questions. Purchased the mobile on Saturday, delivered the following day. The fact that the mobile phone contract was by far the cheapest was the icing on the cake.

I won’t bother. Trying to cancel after changing my mind was not easy. Unable to set up account on ID Mobile App, in the end I gave up. The SIM is still inside the envelope it arrived in. Cancelled my direct debit and spent over 10mins this morning trying to contact their customer services with the aim of paying my bill, no luck. Customer service no 03330037777 have 5 options, non of which is about bill. After throng 3 times thinking something is wrong with my hearing I gave up. Then went online to their live chat, that was equally useless, I gave up after 5 mins. They want everything done through the App. The same App that I was unable to complete setting up is thesame App I have been asked to pay bill from. I have no intention of stressing my self again, so deleted the App

I am very pleased to inform that the deals are brilliant. The delivery is suprisingly fast, next day delivery which i'm really glad about and the box was brand new untouched. Would definitely recommend.
