I haven’t received a SIM card. Vodafone have transferred the number. I now have no service. But I’m paying for both providers the old and the new.

Overall very good service for order #143692921, but in the Defence Bundle Pack you have sent us a phone case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, instead of the iPhone 17 Pro. So it's too big: can you please provide a refund, because we'll have to buy another one immediately - we're going on ski trip and to not have a phone case will be disastrous! I'd expect to receive £25, please. Thank you.

Very very poor, it’s been 6 days I have not received my sim yet , on chat it’s hard to tell type and keep asking same same details we are not robot. I was asking to upgrade my son s sim they sell new sim and disconnected the chart , I have 4 sims I will leave ID mobile now , no customer services in any case you have to chat .if someone can not type so what’s then . No customer services at all . Still waiting to get my sim no update

5 days after new phone and contract purchase via mobiles.co.uk the phone arrived within one day but no eSIM. Neither mobiles.co.uk or ID mobile able to resolve and each pushes me back to the other.

Contact to be made through chat, no call option. Sim did not arrive so must go in person to a store to get a replacement.
