Really fast communication and dispatchment. Literally is like brand new for a refurb. Only downside is it didnt come with other samsung accesseries that would usually come in the box with a brand new one like the earphones and little pin to open the sim entry but this states this in the small print. Comes with a charger which is the thing. Smooth transition with Smart Switch with my old android to this one with moving stuft over with ease. Overall very pleased as its cheaper with a refurb and doing my bit for the environment. Im a refurb convert!
