Ordered a phone for next day delivery. Ok fine. The sim didn't work immediately but I was told that it can take up to 48 hours to register. After waiting 48 hours it still hadn't activated. Called them and told that the sim wasn't working because of some back office processing issues. The sim order would have to be resubmitted and this would take up to 5 working days to be sent out. So after a week I still have a non functioning phone. Very poor.
