I was a bit disappointed that I place my order online on Sunday and then I telephoned on Tuesday lunchtime to ask if my order would still ship and I was told the account number and sort code was not valid. Then Harvey did sorts it out but it was meant to ship to another address but was shipped to my home address. I was disappointed tht no one had sent a me a email to say there was a problem with my account details and if I hadn't chase the order I don't know how long it would have taken before I recieved my order.
