Ordering was quick and easy. The delivery company however were less than adequate. It was three days late, the tracking system did not work, when it was 2 days late we requested for the package to be delivered on a certain day as we were not going to be in the house but they tried to deliver it the following day. They left a card with nothing ticked to say what the driver had done with the parcel giving me more work to try and trace it down. I had emailed mobiles.co.uk who responded promptly and chased it up as well. My issue certainly wasn't with them but the delivery company.
