due to my phone not working as it should when it came, I had to go to customer service at Vodafone for help to get it working .as this phone would not receive landline call and I had to get a new sim from Vodafone because when I called your customer services they were very unhelpfull which left me very angry and up set and so had to go to the Vodafone shop for this new sim which I had to take time off from work to make this happen
