Great service, fast delivery and the all important recommendation from uswitch. Only fault I can point out is the fact that there are no upgrade options, only new contract deals. Of course you can get a new contract and then merge accounts and numbers as I did, but that's less straight forward than having an upgrade option. Nonetheless, better service and deals than the high street cousin carphone (same group). Keep it up!
