The person the phone was helpful and the phone arrived on time.
I activated the phone on Saturday but am still waiting for a service. It seems a long time to activate the network. Why is that?
Also had I got it from at phone Warehouse I would have it a free cover.
Also I have as yet not had any paperwork regarding my contract. Why is that?
