when I spoke to customer services they were very helpful. However I did not receive an order confirmation when I placed the order online, and it was only because I rang customer services that I found out by chance that the order had been put on hold as I was an existing customer of the network provider of the new phone. The helpful person removed this obstacle and organised the priority delivery I had requested when I placed the order. I would definitely come to you again though.
