The website is user friendly, and good at comparing deals between carriers. Very simple buying phone, but wish insurance could be a bit more affordable. Cash back by redemption wasn't explained during the billing process, the information icon next to it wouldn't load after multiple refreshes. Also for my purchase it didn't explain when I would need to send my bills, I was under the impression I would get money back every month, not every 6 months. Delivery was very fast, and Im very pleased with my purchase! I will definitely be looking on this website next time I'm looking to get a new phone.
