Getting hold of mobiles.co.uk on the phone is nigh on impossible but they are helpful when you do manage it. They are quick enough to call if there is a problem with the money side of things. Generally though, if you dont need to contact them the service is quick and they are helpful. I wish they would revert to enabling cashback claim by email.
